IAFP 2022 Annual Meeting, Pittsburg, PA

The International Association for Food Protection (IAFP) 2022 meeting took place on July 31st-August 3rd in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania. This annual event was full of great sessions on current and emerging food safety issues as well as spoilage and the latest science. This IAFP meeting is an incredible place to network with food safety professionals around the world. This event was held at the David L. Lawrence convention center. BCN Labs exhibited. There was a lot of interest on our mold plates display. Emilia Rico presented at S60 on How to Identify the Associated Mycobiota of Foods and Beverages to Prevent Spoilage.
