TIA 2019 Las Vegas, Nevada

BCN Labs exhibited at the TIA annual conference on May 10th-11th at the Mandalay Bay convention center in Las Vegas. TIA is the Tortilla Industry Association which was created to serve the fastest growing segment of the baking industry—tortillas. This conference is great for those who want to grow through effective management, marketing techniques and networking. Dr. Rico presented at one of their training sessions on “Tortilla mold spoilage: assessment and prevention”.
