ICFM 2019 Workshop
The 2019 ICFM Workshop on “Food- and Airborne Fungi – Challenges for Food Safety and Supply” was held in June 3-5 in the cozy surroundings of Freising, a traditional Bavarian city in Germany. The venue was the Pallotti Haus Freising, Freising, Germany
