Program Description
This course is designed to give fungal identification skills to corporate, plant and contract
manufacturing microbiolo-gists. Emphasis will be placed on microorganisms of significance to the
beverage and food
manufacturing processing and environment as well as in indoor air quality.
Who Should Attend
Corporate, food and
beverage manufacturing plant microbiologists,
environmental
microbiologists, laboratory personnel, etc.
Minimum Attendance
A minimum of 15 persons is required. If by the deadline this minimum is not met, THE COURSE COULD BE CANCELED.
Fee
$1,250 per person, pay-able with the registration. NO REFUNDS will be made for cancellations made after the deadline.
